Method of Payment:
When purchasing on our website store we accept payments through PayPal. You can also pay with credit card at checkout through PayPal. Just follow the instructions, it’s easy.
We also accept checks. We will ship once we receive payment.
Sales Tax:
Non-exempt Florida residents and business will be charged the appropriate sales tax. If you are sales tax exempt, we will need a copy of your tax exempt certificate.
Shipping, Handling and Local Pick Up.
Single set orders usually get shipped out within 3 to 5 business days.
Larger orders that ship on pallets will usually ship out in 3 to 5 days.
All of our furniture and accessories ship from Pinellas Park, Florida, USA. For single set orders and larger orders we ship on pallets with XPO Freight.

Warranty:
Beer Garden Furniture, LLC warranties product to be free from defects in workmanship and material. When Beer Garden Furniture, LLC has determined that a product is defective, it will be replaced at Beer Garden Furniture, LLC’s discretion. A credit or refund may be offered instead of replacement. Beer Garden Furniture, LLC’s liability is limited to the cost of the defective product. No other warranty is expressed or implied.
If product is received damaged we reserve the right to ship a replacement piece/part for what was damaged. .
Liability:
The customer shall test and verify the suitability of the product for intended use. No warranty for intended use is made. The customer assumes all risk and liability. Beer Garden Furniture, LLC’s only obligation is replacement, credit or refund for product proven defective. Beer Garden Furniture, LLC shall not be liable for any loss or damage from the use or inability to use the product.
Technical Advice:
Any technical advice furnished or recommended by Beer Garden Furniture, LLC or any representative of Beer Garden Furniture, LLC concerning any use or application of any product is believed to be reliable but the company makes no warranty of results obtained. The customer shall test and verify for suitability for intended use.
