Our Return Policy
If you would like to return an item purchased from us please read the following and if you have any questions please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
1. If for any reason you would like to return a unused, undamaged product you have 14 days from the day you received your order/shipment. Please email us first at email@example.com before shipping any items back to us.
2. All returned items will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
3. All returned item(s) must be returned unused and undamaged in it’s original packaging. We will not accept any responsibility for any goods damaged in transit when shipped back to us.
4. You are responsible for all shipping costs (shipping cost to you and shipping cost back to us) if you decide to return any items.
5. Before we issue a credit or refund for a returned item(s) we reserve the right to inspect the item(s) returned.
Receipt of Damaged Goods
1. If you have received damaged goods please contact us right away at firstname.lastname@example.org. We must made aware of any damages within 24 hours of receipt.
2. Your package/shipment must be inspected when it arrives. If any goods are damaged upon arrival you must tell the driver and what was damaged must be noted on the signed delivery receipt.
3. If damaged goods are received please provide pictures of original packaging.
4. If you receive damaged goods We reserve the right to do one or all of the following. Issue a credit or refund for a determined amount. Ship replacement parts. Have the damaged pieces or parts returned to us.
