Cancellations, Refunds, Returns & ExchangesThe following are rules regarding customer remorse purchases and returns.
- If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for actual return shipping charges.
- Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.
- All returned items must be in their original packaging and be in perfect condition.
- All returns must be done within 14 days from when you received your shipment.
- If your order got damaged during shipping, all damage must be notated with the shipper and pictures of the packaging and furniture are required. We must be notified of any damages within 14 business days of receipt of goods.
